Radical Islamists' attack on widow Gouri Das' family in Ramnagar area of Digha in the district of East Medinipur W.B.

 Behind the political rivalry, news of  Hindu persecution in the hands of Islamic religious fanatics  one after another is coming from every corner of West Bengal.
  However, what happened in East Midnapore is nothing but purely communal violence.
 On April 17, 2021, Kaushik Das, son of Gauri Das (husband,late Rabindranath Das), a resident of Rautrapur village under Ramnagar police station in East Midnapore district, was brutally attacked by Sheikh Kalem's gang.
  On Friday 23/04/21, Kaushik Das, a resident of Rautrapur village, and his family gave a full account of the Islamic  jihadi aggression against them to Vishnu Mandal an activist of the non-political Hindu organization "Hindusamaj Kalyan Samiti (HSKS).
  Kaushik Das said that like every day, he was buying and selling husk in his shop. Two Muslim fanatics named Sheikh Kalem and Sheikh Alem (father - Moinuddin)  came there, riding a bike recklessly started beating a person named Swarup Shyamal in front of the shop without any reason. 
 Kaushik Das protested the incident immediately to save Shyamal from some tragic end in front of his shop. The protest made the Jihadists indignant.

 As a result Sheikh Rahmatullah (Father-Sheikh Mumtaz), Sheikh Minajul Islam (Father-Sheikh Babar), Sheikh Abdul, Sheikh Mujibur, and Sheikh Shakil (Father-Sheikh Osman), Sheikh Osman (Father-Sheikh Gaj), residents of Kantabani village  More than 50 miscreants assaulted Kaushik by squeezing his testicles , grabbing neck tightly and hitting him on the neck with weapon in oder to kill him.
Within moments,  more religious  fanatics arrived at the spot, taking the advantage of Kaushik Das' illness, looted the shop beat him again and snatched a gold necklace worth Rs 66,000 from Kaushik Das's neck, along with Rs 10,000 in cash.
      Kaushik Das fell seriously ill on the spot and was admitted to Bararankua Primary Health Center by the locals. The on-duty doctors felt the need for better treatment and shifted him to Kanthi Sub-Divisional Hospital.
  Gauri Devi then lodged a written complaint with Ramnagar Police Station for justice, whose case number is PS-Ramnagar 132/2021, dated 18.04.2021.
 Section 147/148/149/307/325/427/379/506.  It remains to be seen what action the police will take against the miscreants based on the allegations. Shri Vishnu Mandal, on behalf of the Hindusamaj Kalyan Samiti (HSKS), a non-political Hindu organization founded and inspired by the Hindu saviour Tapan Ghosh, visited the spot and spoke to the family and assured them of their support in this holy war against Islamic agression.
