Hindus in Kanthi being tortured allegation on M,slim Jahangir.

On Thursday 27-08-20 it is known that, a Hindu family of Bapi Maiti at Athilgari (Kanelpara) village of Kanthi police station in East Midnapur became the victim of jihadi aggression from hard core muslim Seikh Jahangir & his gang.

 According to Mr. Maiti  around 9 pm two minors(belonging to the muslims community)  were riding their bikes recklessly and loosing control hit the Chicken shop of Bapi Maiti, and  two minors fell down. He rebuked the minors a little and helped them to get up and let them go. Going a little far, the minors  started shouting and abusing at him. 

To take revenge for the little quarrel committed on 26-08-20 night, Jahangir and his gang came to Bapi maiti's house the next day.

 According to the statements of Bapi Maiti and his family members, Shekh Jahangir (Father :Amir Sheikh), Sheikh Selim( Jahangir seikh's nephew and his shop staff), Sheikh Anas and fifteen to twenty others miscreants  from nearby village of Phuleswar durmut with iron rods, weapons etc began to abuse him and his family. 

He ( Bapi) protested.

Immediately at the instigation

 of Sheikh Jahangir, his nephew Sheikh Selim hit Bapi  in the left eye.He fell down on the ground with the pain of heavy bleeding, Just then two other miscreant named Seikh Anas & other hit various parts of his body with an iron rod.  Mr Maity started screaming with extreme agony and his son Titu maiti came to rescue. He was also severely beaten and threatened.  Neighbors rushed to the spot and their unanimous support and protest save the oppressed family.

 Bapi Maity has lodged a complaint at Kanthi police station with case no306/20. Local Hindus have expressed concern over the motif of the organised attack.

 There is no other Hindu meat shop in the area except Bapi Maiti,  The jihadists are plotting to evict Bapi Maiti's shop to fullfill Islamaization. 

News of this incident reached to the non-political Hindu organization Hindu Samaj Kalyan Samiti.  Hindusamaj Kalyan Samiti will always be by the side of the affected helpless Hindu family and will try for exemplary punishment for the culprits.
